With nearly two decades in the business we have amassed an impressive list of business that we like to refer and ones we don't like to refer. We like to share that positive experience with you if it makes your life easier. This list of referrals are service providers we know, trust and in almost all cases have worked with personally. If we haven't worked personally with them, we have glowing recommendations from people we trust and hold accountable.
Using an attorney in my referral network is an advantage to both you and us during a real estate transaction. All of my referred attorneys charge a flat fee for closing, you are not charged for additional time spent on a transaction, unless an issue ventures out of the norm, and you do not pay unless you successfully close on your transaction. My referral attorneys do a lot of business for my clients so they are always available to take my calls, which is imperative during any transaction.
While we are more than happy to refer building inspectors to anyone who asks, it is important for you to know that there is no benefit to you by selecting an inspector we refer. Most building inspectors that I've encountered in the field are just fine, and they all are subject to the same rules, regulations and license requirements. Therefor, we see no need to provide you with a list of referrals. You can literally go on Google and find your own.
